How we’ve helped past clients …

“Kristen was extremely helpful with my lactation journey. She was one of my lactation consultants that helped me during my preemie baby’s NICU stay. I had to exclusively pump during that time, and she was extremely helpful and encouraging. I will never forget all the times she would sit down with me and help me with everything when I felt like I was falling apart and couldn’t do It anymore. I’m so thankful I didn’t give up, because I was able to breastfeed my little girl for 14 months! Kristen was definitely a huge reason why I was able to breastfeed my little girl for as long as I did!”

— Donka

“Kristen’s easy-going approach helped me feel comfortable sharing my breastfeeding and pumping challenges. She listened to my goals and guided me towards reaching them. She took her time and never made me feel rushed. Our 120 days in the NICU were stressful and having her as a consistent presence was invaluable to our journey.”

— Charlotte

“Kristen was amazing, listened to everything I said and helped me with my breastfeeding journey even though there were multiple obstacles every step of the way.”

— Mary

Kristen encouraged me in my pumping/breastfeeding experience, and validated and encouraged me when I let that go and changed course. I am grateful that you were such an advocate for me.”

— Trish

Hi, I’m Kristen!

When I became pregnant with my first child, I assumed my baby would instinctively know how to feed. But once my baby arrived, I quickly learned that feeding didn’t always come naturally—for either of us.

Feeding your baby isn’t always easy—but you don’t have to do it alone.

Through my own experience and years of supporting NICU babies and their families, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping parents reach their feeding goals and honoring the many ways infant feeding can look.
