Milk’d Up offers comprehensive lactation support from pregnancy until weaning via in-home and virtual appointments.

Milk'd Up offers a multi-visit lactation support program with appointments usually scheduled around:

  • Prenatal Consultation

  • 3-5 days after birth

  • 1 month

  • 2 months

  • Before your return to work

  • 6 months

  • Weaning

Other common reasons families choose to work with Milk’d Up:

  • Painful latch 

  • Nipple or breast pain

  • Short, distracted feeds or sleepy feeds

  • Pumping and/or flange fitting

  • Increasing/Decreasing milk supply

I accept many insurance plans — including Aetna, Cigna, and United. Check insurance eligibility below.

All self-pay sessions come with a superbill for potential reimbursement through your insurance company. I also accept HSA/FSA cards.

Appointments generally last 60 minutes, include a care plan, and one week of unlimited call/email/text service.

1. Book your visit

Choose a time that works for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out, we’ll take it step by step.

If you’d like to use insurance, you can check your eligibility ahead of time. If not, self-pay options are available.

2. Check your insurance

Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or somewhere in between, we’ll meet you exactly where you are and focus on what you need most.

3. Come as you are

You’ll walk away knowing what’s happening, what to do next, and how to move forward with confidence.

4. Leave with a clear plan

I am not in network with Anthem or BCBS at this time.

Planning ahead while you or your loved one is still pregnant?

When you book a package during pregnancy, you’ll receive a complimentary 45-minute virtual prenatal visit.

You’ll go into this new chapter with a plan, support, and someone in your corner from the very beginning.
