Milk’d Up offers comprehensive lactation support from pregnancy until weaning via In-Home and Virtual Appointments. 

Milk'd Up offers a multi-visit lactation support program with appointments usually scheduled around:

  • Prenatal Consultation

  • 3-5 days after birth

  • 1 month

  • 2 months

  • Before your return to work

  • 6 months

  • Weaning

Other common reasons families choose to work with Milk’d Up:

  • Painful latch 

  • Nipple or breast pain

  • Short, distracted feeds or sleepy feeds

  • Pumping and/or flange fitting

  • Increasing/Decreasing milk supply

  • Bottle-feeding struggles

  • Ensuring adequate infant weight gain

  • Weaning from Nipple Shield

  • Daycare transitions & routine changes

  • & more!

I accept many insurance plans — including Aetna, Cigna, and United. Check insurance eligibility below.

All self-pay sessions come with a superbill for potential reimbursement through your insurance company. I also accept HSA/FSA cards.

Appointments generally last 60 minutes, include a care plan, and one week of unlimited call/email/text service.
